Online Appointment Manager Adds Support for Appointment Rescheduling and Editing Features
In constant pursuit of developing better online appointment scheduling systems and improving overall customer experience, Appointment Quest announces immediate availability of Appointment Rescheduling support in Appointment Quest Online Appointment Manager and Appointment Quest Online Appointment Scheduler applications.
Starting today, both new and established Appointment Quest customers can take advantage of new Appointment Rescheduling configuration and service operation features transparently integrated into Online Appointment Manager Account Setup, Schedule Editor, appointment summary and appointment inspector pages. Schedules can be selectively enabled to allow for appointment rescheduling in both internal and external availability configurations while appointment inspector pages allow effortless date and time change for existing appointments in less than five clicks. Along with the rescheduling option, appointment editing pages now allow updates on Custom Form custom forms.
Appointment Rescheduling premium benefit feature is provided to all Professional Membership accounts at no additional charge. Appointment Rescheduling is not available for Standard Membership accounts.
