Appointment summary displays a list of appointments selected in either calendar, 7-day planner or timeline workarea.
Each appointment listing includes essential information about appointment, it's status and customer along with controls for viewing appointment details, confirming or denying the appointment.
Appointment summary view can be navigated to the future or to the past with one day intervals.
